Powerful Coilover and Rear Shock Kit
There’s no where better to turn for high quality suspension systems than ICON and their Stage 7 Suspension System for the 2019-2021 Ford Ranger contains just enough awesome suspension hardware to give your 4WD Ranger a nice lift while stacking on amazing performance for the street or the trail. ICON’s Stage 7 Ranger Lift Kit is fully adjustable kit that can give you up to 3.5″ of front lift and can handle up to 1.5″ of rear lift which allows you to fit on impressive 32″ tires to help turn your truck into a beastly off-road machine. ICON’s kit features a pair of awesome ICON coilover shocks for the front of your truck and a pair of ICON 2.5 Aluminum-body Piggyback rear shocks that help give your truck excellent off-road performance while keeping your street ride smooth. ICON billet UCAs help improve front travel and durability. ICON’s Multi-Rate Leaf Springs provide a smooth ride and have user-selectable ride heights.
Remote Reservoir Performance Coilovers
ICON’s coilovers are all vehicle-specific and were carefully designed and tuned to give your Ranger the best performance possible. Each coilover kit consists of a pair of ICON 2.5″ aluminum CAD plated shock bodies surrounded by an ICON-engineered performance coil springs that provides 35% increased front wheel travel over stock and articulation distance without compromising your truck’s smooth street ride quality. This 2.5 series corrosion resistant body also includes a 7/8″ shaft. The coilovers can be adjusted from stock ride height to an extra 3.5″ of lift which allows you to use up to 32″ tires on your truck without trimming. Larger tires may be able to fit, but ICON warns that fender trimming and modifications will be required. The large diameter of the shock body gives these coilovers a huge oil volume that keeps fade down to a minimum and prevents overheating. The coilovers also feature remote reservoirs for better cooling properties and consistent damping. This is accomplished by the volume of nitrogen and oil in the reservoir.
2.5 PiggyBack Shocks & Rear Bump Stops
This powerful ICON shock system gives you control over your Ranger’s suspension while giving your truck nearly unmatched levels of performance for nearly any off-road need. The shocks are built around a large, 2.5″ diameter body and feature a nitrogen-charged monotube design with a one-piece digressive piston for excellent performance both on and off the road. The hardened, chrome plated shock shaft is built to overcome the most challenging off-road obstacles. The shock’s piggyback reservoir has a large diameter and is made from 6061 aluminum alloy that promotes improved heat dissipation over stock while providing a huge increase in oil capacity. 0-1.5″ of lift can be handled by these shocks. They additionally are fully rebuildable and revolvable. The kit also includes bump stops to increase rear end compliance.
Billet UCAs Add Strength and Performance
To make the most of your 2019-2021 Ford Ranger lift upgrade, consider adding some upper control arms to strengthen and improve an already great coilover package from Icon. Icon’s 6061 Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms will do exactly this! Patent pending Delta Joint technology gives you the durability and weather resistance of a ball joint while getting the performance of a uniball. ICON upper control arms additionally allow for 35% more wheel travel when paired with extended travel coilovers. Your Ranger will have improved suspension geometry for predictable handling.
Complete Set of Leaf Springs with Full Set of Hardware and Drop-In Installation
The ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Springs were constructed using high-quality materials and were carefully designed to produce a smoother ride while still providing additional ride height and load support. The leaf packs feature a 35% lighter spring rate than stock that provides a much more pliant ride and a smooth range of motion throughout the entire leaf pack’s range of travel. The included add-a-leaf allows you to set the ride height of the springs at .375″, 1.125″, or 2″ or generate a 0″ ride height with 350lbs or 600lbs of constant load. The leaf packs feature galvanized leaf separators that help reduce friction and improve corrosion resistance. The leaf tip inserts are greasable in order to reduce noise and improve ride quality. This package includes a full hardware back that includes new e-coated U-bolts and nuts, as well as anodized billet aluminum bump plates to prevent over-travel. The leaf packs install right into place of the stock leaf packs, and ICON includes install instructions.
Much Easier Install than Lift Kits
On top of its excellent performance and its high quality suspension package, the ICON Stage 7 Suspension Kit is extremely easy to install. The coilovers and shocks bolt on right in place of your factory shocks and front coil springs. On average, this kit can be installed in about 2 hours, saving you a ton of time over similar lift kits. The ICON Stage 7 Ranger Suspension system comes with all its necessary hardware and instructions.
Wheel and Tire Fitment: this suspension package requires at least an 8.5″ wide wheel with 6″ of backspacing to clear a 32×11″ tire and the upper control arms. Your factory wheels can be reused, but you’ll be limited to a factory width tire.
Fitment: 2019, 2020, 2021 Ford Ranger 4WD For aluminum spindles only: the UCAs in this kit will only fit Rangers with cast aluminum spindles, and will not fit Rangers with cast iron spindles. Please verify your truck’s spindle/knuckle type before ordering. RWD/2WD Ranger Fitment: this shock will not fit an RWD/2WD Ranger out of the box, due to slight differences in the RWD truck’s lower shock mounts. Replacing or boring out the included bushing sleeve will allow fitment on an RWD/2WD Ranger.
